How it works
Allergies, intolerances, diagnoses and how you like to eat. Several at once is fine: they all count.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for every day, matched to your calories and protein. You review it before it becomes your plan.
Every meal comes with a recipe, a picture and a step-by-step cooking mode you can follow with flour on your hands.
A training week next to the meal week, with every exercise on video and the weight you lifted last time right there.
Intolerances
With lactose intolerance or coeliac disease, Fitzli doesn’t throw the dish out. It swaps in the lactose-free or gluten-free version of the same ingredient, and shows you what changed.
With an allergy, like a milk or wheat allergy, the dish is left out instead.
Swapped for your diet profile
Everything in one place
Written for your calorie and protein targets, not picked off a shelf.
See the movement before you do it, and log sets, reps and weights as you go.
A photo, a sentence or a barcode. The app works out the rest.
Everything the week needs, added up and sorted.
Weight and how the week felt. The targets move with you, and the app tells you why.
The whole app, recipes included, in either language.
Careful by design
What you can’t eat is left out of the plan and the recipes. You don’t get a warning label to work around.
Health data is processed only with your explicit consent under Article 9 of the GDPR, and you can withdraw it in the app any time.
Fitzli plans meals and training. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything. Always check labels, and talk to your doctor or a dietitian about a medical diet.

Yes, that is the point of the app. With an allergy, every dish that contains it is left out of the plan and the recipes. With lactose intolerance or coeliac disease, Fitzli swaps in lactose-free or gluten-free versions of the same ingredients, and oats only count when they’re labelled gluten-free. Several at once is fine.
Pick Low FODMAP in your health profile, and onion, garlic, beans, lentils and more stay out of the plan. A diabetes diagnosis guides the plan towards slow carbohydrates, spread across the day. Fitzli never calculates insulin and isn’t medical advice.
No. Photograph the plate, write a sentence, or scan a barcode, and the app works out the calories and macros. Meal photos are analysed and then discarded. They are never stored.
No, the app works without it. If you connect it on iPhone, Fitzli reads steps, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV and weight to fit the plan to how you actually recovered. It only ever reads, and never writes anything back.
On a server in Stockholm. Health data is a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR and is only processed after you have given explicit consent, which you can withdraw in the app at any time. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Both. You get a training week next to the meal week, every exercise has a video of the movement, and the app logs your sets, reps and weights so the next week builds on what you actually lifted.
